I did not receive my subscription box from Healthy Surprise this month. Please help!

That's a bummer, we know how much fun it is to get the box every month!

The postal service is fantastic, and they deliver 99.9% of the boxes on time and in great shape. But if you haven't received yours, that means you're one in a million! Actually one in a thousand, but you're still really special!

Finding your box's tracking information

The first thing to check is your tracking information. You can find that in the email that got sent when the box shipped.  The subject line is 'Shipment at healthysurprise.com'. This is what the email looks like:

 

If it's been less than a week...

And it's 'moving through the system', just take a breathe and relax. It will probably show up soon.

If it's not 'moving through the system'...

You live in Kansas City but the box is in London (yes, this has happened).  That's a problem.  Send us a support ticket by clicking the orange button above. Please include the email address you used to sign up and give the snackologist some details about your situation. The more info we get the better equipped we are to wait on hold for 2 hours with the Post Office for you.  We'll figure it out.
