That's why if we make an error, we'll do our best to make it right or give you back 100% of your money, less shipping charges.

  • You may return unopened items sold and fulfilled by Healthysurprise.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping charges.
  • If we receive a returned unopened box within a month of our shipment date we will refund the customer for the box., minus shipping charges. Please make sure you contact us via support@healthysurprise.com to let us know to expect your box and why it is being returned.
  • USPS is responsible for any of our items shipped to you once the box is in their possession, please make sure to double check the shipment address is correct before you check out. If you're confused about where USPS has dropped off your box please contact USPS support with your tracking number.
  • ONLY THE 1ST BOX YOU PURCHASE FROM HEALTHY SURPRISE IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.***  Though the box contents constantly change, each box is representative enough of all future boxes so that you should be able to tell from the first box whether or not Healthy Surprise is for you.  If you do not cancel your subscription by the time we ship a 2nd box we take that to mean that you satisfactorily tried our service, and so are no longer eligible for the satisfaction guarantee.
